Description
Palmarosa essential oil 10ml is a pale yellow thin extract, with sweet, light, floral high, almost champagne – like, notes. The main chemical constituents of the oil are geranyl acetate, geraniol, linalool. It is extracted from the grass Cymbopogon martini.
The oil has a relaxing aroma which has a calming effect on the nervous system. This includes treating symptoms of anxiety and depression. It is great for relaxing muscles and nerves, fights depression and anxiety. The oil has great antibacterial and antiviral properties which makes it a good ingredient for products made to treat coughs, bronchitis, and other respiratory problems.
It’s also great for balancing sebum and oil production of the skin and therefore a good addition to lotions and cosmetics. As an ingredient of hair care products, Palmarosa essential oil 10ml promotes healthy hair, eliminating dead skin cells when applied to the scalp and strengthening hair follicles. It is also used in massage oil blends to relieve stiff and sore muscles.
