A set of food grade oil distillation units made of stainless steel. These are complemented by an electronically controlled steam generator which utilises filtered water from a municipal water source.
Our units ensure reliable supply for the best quality essential oils, on a regular basis. The technology has very short change overs between stock batches, and allows for as many as 50 batches of material processed in a production day. This technology makes it possible to run quick trials on novel products. The bulk of the essential oil products are made by Steam Distillation.

Aadrea Essential Oils relies on a set of industrial grade cold press lines to support the production of high quality organic vegetable extracts.
We have the capacity to express as low as 100KGS and as much as 5,000KGS of oil extract per day. Our Cold Press and Hydraulic Expression lines bring to market the most natural wholesome butters, oils and powders.
We complement the expression process with a modern separation and filtration unit. This ensures that the oil extract is free of residue or lighter /sub-grade co-products. .

Production commences with an intricate process of stock preparation. This involves physical and visual inspection, cleaning and drying /dehydrating. Stock for steam distillation will be passed, from physical and visual inspection, to drying racks or straignt to the distillation units.
Dealing with barks, roots, seeds and nuts, however, calls for more detailed handling. Stocks requiring granulation, breaking, and dehusking will be thoroughly inspected for foreign matter and any effluent. They will be cleaned and then introduced into the equipment for pulverising and separation. Product extraction only commences when the substrate is of fine and consistent quality.
