One or two drop of your pure Aadrea Essential Oils product are enough. Place the drops in a glass , and add 200 ml or more of water. Your drink is ready!

Lemon oil from the peels is different from the lemon juice made from the lemon fruit, in several ways. The lemon juice is acidic, due to presence of citric acid. However, lemon oil is alkaline, because it contains no citric acid! You will not experience gastric hyper acidity due to lemon oil. Drinking too much lemon water with the citric acid can lead to tooth erosion and heartburn over time.
